Spark Dynamic executed under main contractor BSCC to a compressed program, coordinating four discipline scopes in parallel. Objectives: uncompromised finish quality, zero systems rework, on-schedule handover by phase.
Execution combined dedicated civil crews per villa cluster with centralized MEP prefabrication — the integrated model that defines every Spark Dynamic delivery.
